Andrea Vesco, Ph.D.
Andrea Vesco received his M.S.Degree in Telecommunication Engineering in 2003, and his Ph.D. in Computer and System Engineering in 2009 both from Politecnico di Torino, Turin, Italy. He was a post-doc researcher with the Control and Computer Engineering Department (DAUIN) as a member of the Computer Networks Group (Netgroup) at the Politecnico di Torino in 2009.
He is now with Networking Lab at the Istituto Superiore Mario Boella (ISMB). He is co-author of several research papers; his main research interests are in time-based QoS over packet switched networks, multimedia communications, green networking and traffic management over network-on-chip (NoC). As part of his extensive research activity he is involved in various research projects, involving universities and industrial partners, funded by European Union, local government, and research institutions.
